Kelly joined Chartwells at Quincy University in August of 2015. Kelly has over 25 years of food service experience, including a stint at military school and most recently as Food Service Director at Culver Stockton College. Kelly is a national Servsafe instructor and Illinois State Food Safety and Sanitation certified.
